The position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 3 days remotely per week.


About The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Professional Services Support Specialist.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing Statements of Work (SOWs), demonstrating a strong understanding of technology, and showcasing proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A keen eye for detail and coordination skills will be an asset when tracking day-to-day tasks.


In this role, you will have the ability to take vendor certifications which can help to progress your career in the vendor technical field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SOW Management: Efficiently handle Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accurate documentation, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams for successful project execution.
  • Technology Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project support and client communication.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate and track daytoday tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration between crossfunctional teams and timely completion of deliverables.

What you bring to the role:

  • College Diploma in Computer Networking, Network Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of Network Engineering with an interest in Cybersecurity.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite is required.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Strong attention to detail.
