One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Grade 12 diploma. Minimum 3 years recent and related administrative/secretarial experience. Previous experience working in a hospital or health care facility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer software (MS Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction or supervision. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information. Must be flexible and adapt to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with medical terminology. Proficiency with Connect Care.
