The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to have a key role in overseeing the Information Technology (IT) and Security function at one of largest portfolios. We have an ambitious vision for acquired and organic growth, globally; combined with ever increasing Data Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance requirements.
Working closely with the Portfolio CFO and the Business Unit leaders, you will have an excellent opportunity to continue to grow and develop an IT strategy, and play an important role as we acquire, strengthen, and grow an expanding Portfolio across the Americas.
Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility for the Portfolio's IT, Data Security & Risk Management.
• Develop and enhance a Portfolio IT & Data Security strategy.
• Review the Portfolio's IT & Data Security compliance and governance.
• Create Portfolio IT & Data Security reporting and dashboards.
• Identify and propose solutions to IT and Data Security issues.
• Develop an IT & Data Security integration and compliance checklist for new acquisitions.
• Track and manage the Portfolio's IT spend and optimize assets.
• Undertake special projects and analysis for Portfolio leadership teams.
• Lead a Portfolio data security committee.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
• 6+ years of IT experience, with network and systems expertise.
• Security certifications including CISSP.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and cloud hosting environments.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Global IT team management experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
