FLEX IT SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resources, and ensuring the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior staff, middle managers, and other executive team members.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
FLEX IT SYSTEMS INC. offers a hybrid work environment with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
