Marketing Coordinator


Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance
and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally.

Weldco prides itself on providing a great employee experience where safety is a way of life. Weldco-Beales is currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for the Edmonton team. This position will report to the President.

What you will do:

  • Managing and optimizing our presence on various Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business).
  • Collaborating with Sales and Product Managers to utilize sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Creating compelling marketing literature, including brochures and product guides.
  • Overseeing Weldco's website content to ensure it is current, informative, and engaging.
  • Planning and executing customer events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Nurturing relationships with industry influencers, associations, and publications.
  • Effectively communicating operational updates, new products, and events to employees.
  • Contributing to the expansion of Weldco's brand presence through innovative strategies.
  • Monitoring and managing the department budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Respond to afterhours customer inquiries from time to time.

Your qualifications:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business with a focus on Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in related marketing roles.
  • Graphic Design background is considered an asset.

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
This position requires approximately 25% travel to our other branches in Langley BC, Fort McKay AB, and Barrie ON.
