Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct calls to appropriate person.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and company executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the paper bag manufacturing industry.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and develop leads to generate sales growth.
  • Contact prospective clients, make sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing salesrelated documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records related to administrative and sales activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate product information, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to sales transactions.

Experience
:
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or sales associate.

Education:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions and professional correspondence.
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Customeroriented mindset with strong relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
