This role consists of staff members who are extremely punctual and professional. High-energy team members with a positive attitude who are passionate about doughnuts and milkshakes/coffee. Day to day you will be driving to and running events, Ensuring customers are happy with their purchases. You will also be connecting with the event coordinator to ensure the event runs smoothly.

People Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers with orders and taking payment
  • Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to all customers and teammates
  • Work to foster positive rapport/relationships with regular customers
  • Greet and interact with all customers.
  • Prepare and sell beverages
  • Provides the best knowledge of our products to all customers, including ingredients, and pay special attention to customers with food allergies.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
  • Delivers superb customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Develops positive relationships with the team
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Respond to questions, orders and concerns

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Make supe truck is fully stocked for each event
  • Communicate with managers as needed on any equipment and process needs
- .Responsible maintaining the cleanliness of the truck

  • Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures laid out by Lady Glaze Staff Handbook
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings
  • Ensure waste is properly entered
  • Follows the standard operational procedures, including cash handling, safety and security.
  • Reposting any truck issues to managers
  • Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
