ABOUT
Holy Cross Elementary School is a Catholic community called by God to share in the mission of the Church.

Holy Cross Elementary School is looking for a school secretary (0.8 to 1.0 FTE).

Duties/skills include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong organizational skills in order to maintain student records and files
  • Working knowledge of MyEd BC and Edsembli
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and other programs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with various team members (students, staff, parish, parents)
  • Ability to multitask and shift when priorities change
  • Knowledge of audit procedures
