Duties:

Quality management support

Word processing and proof reading of technical reports, letters and proposals

Support for job/project estimates

Maintaining technical library (electronic and physical)

Technical meeting support (minutes, agenda review)

Management, auditing, and review of project files

Auditing and compliance support for regulatory requirements

Communication and support of work practices and metrics

Providing direction and support to administrative staff

Skills:

Preferred candidates must have an Engineering Technology program background with strong writing, research, and project management skills.

Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

An academic or technical background in engineering is essential.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer literacy and experience with file and document management systems.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
