If you have 3-5 years of relevant experience and possess a passion for corporate law, this could be the perfect fit for you

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to provide comprehensive corporate legal support to our esteemed clients
  • Assist in the preparation and review of a wide range of legal documents, including annual reports, consent resolutions, and other corporate maintenance accounts
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate corporate records and documentation
  • Conduct research and analysis on various corporate legal matters to support lawyers and clients
  • Prepare materials and documentation for dividends, redemptions, and other corporate transactions
  • Coordinate and manage filing requirements with relevant registries
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient legal processes
  • Assist with the incorporation process and the preparation of necessary corporate documents
  • Stay updated on relevant corporate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice
  • Contribute to the maintenance and organization of virtual and physical legal files

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of filings, governance, and working with accountants on organizational documents
  • Detailoriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Positive attitude and an excellent team player
  • Selfmotivated, able to work independently with mínimal direction while enjoying collaboration within a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ALF
