The Trans Mountain Expansion Project will provide increased capacity to support Canadian crude oil production growth and ensure access to global energy markets. The largest project in the pipeline's history, it involves installing approximately 980 kilometres of new pipeline, as well as new and modified facilities.

Reporting directly to Quality Assurance Manager for the Expansion Project, the Quality Assurance (QA) Records Coordinator provides administrative support to the QA team including quality records control, office administration assistance, and additional clerical duties as required by the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of quality plans, procedures, and records.
  • Provide administrative support for the Q uality A ssurance T eam.
  • Compile and assemble documents, reports, manuals, and record packages.
  • Maintain the Quality Assurance Records SharePoint site.
  • Review turnover and/or compliance documentation and records for completeness.
  • Manage the general QA email inbox for records and submissions.
  • Process, track and verify internal, contractor, and vendor documentation and
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Qualifications and Professional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience working on pipeline and/or Oil & Gas is considered an asset.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.

Trans Mountain also operates through 15 First Nation Reserves located within the region spanning the BC interior through Fraser Valley.
