Main Responsibilities
  • Help define the business's strategic priorities.
  • Articulate available strategic options for the enterprise.
  • Manage key deliverables and lead cross-functional teams to execute deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations to Senior Management on strategic decisions.
  • Communicate outcomes and align stakeholders to common goals.
  • Lead and develop strategic skills across the business.
Working ConditionsThe Director role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. The incumbent must be available to work night shifts and weekends when necessary.Requirements
  • Experience - Between 10 to 15 years of Transportation and Logistics experience, minimum 6 years of experience in a management consulting firm with specific railroad experience.
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent, Master's in Business Administration or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Competencies - Demonstrates agility, innovation, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • Technical Skills/Knowledge - Strong executive communication skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, financial analysis, and business valuation.
