We are looking for a
Bookkeeper and Accounting Coordinator to join our Accounting and Finance Team.
Treasure Hill is an award-winning home builder of new single-detached family homes and townhomes in new communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Reports to the Senior Manager, Accounting and Investments
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Preparing bank deposits
- Process employee expenses
- Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation
- Daily payment postings
- Printing and Distribution of cheques
- Assisting in the wire payment process
- GST preparation
- Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining filing systems and ensuring the organization of documents
Skills and Requirements:
- 13 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
