Responsibilities:

  • Assist Otolaryngologists (ENT specialists) during patient visits by documenting medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
  • Accurately transcribe physician dictations and enter data into electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and ensure timely followup.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a related role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced clinical environment.
Required Language

  • English and Cantonese. Working fluency in Mandarin beneficial.
Salary

  • Commensurate on experience

$18.00-$25.00 per hour
