**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Otolaryngologists (ENT specialists) during patient visits by documenting medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
- Accurately transcribe physician dictations and enter data into electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain efficient clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required Language
- English and Cantonese. Working fluency in Mandarin beneficial.

Salary
- Commensurate on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- No weekends
