1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.


  • Hiring Immediately for our March 17th Training Class
  • Full-Time, work 5 days on & 2 days off or 4 days on 3 days off.
  • Availability for 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 6AM8AM or 10 AM 12 PM MST, Days off:FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
  • Availability to work 4 shifts at
    10.5 hours
    7am9am
    MST Days off:WED/THUR/FRI
  • Earn $16.50/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month)
  • Get extended health benefits package after a 3month probation
  • Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0minute commute

A Day in the Life:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our customers
  • You receive inbound calls only there are no outbound cold calls in this role
  • Sell the magic of 1800GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
  • All new agents must be available to start on March 17th
  • You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
  • After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow

What You Bring to the Table:

  • You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
  • Availability to start on March 17th, and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 8:00 am4:30 pm MST
  • Following training, availability to work 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between
    :6am 8am or 10 am 12 pm MST, Days off:FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
  • Availability to work 4 shifts at
    10.5 hours
    7am9am
    MST Days off:WED/THUR/FRI
  • A very friendly telephone mannerism and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
  • A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
  • Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
