Prior Retail Store Management is required for this role. This means a Store Manager role.

Must be able to commute across Vancouver and/or the lower mainland area.

(car is an asset as you could work at any of our Greater Vancouver locations at any given time during training).

As Manager In Training, you are an integral part of ALDO's image and the incarnation of our values; Love, Integrity and Respect.

The Manager In Training works under the guidance of the Store Leadership team to oversee the Store Operations and team development.

The MIT will learn knowledge and competence in the overall financial processes required to run a retail business.

In other words, as the Manager In Training, you are proud of your store and are involved in every detail to make it a success

Position Expectations
Developing your leadership skills through assisting the Store Manager in Recruiting & Development of team

Managing inventory and loss prevention - Working alongside Stock Coordinators to learn all stock policies & procedures

Controlling operating costs - Working alongside the Store Manager in schedule creation

Strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments

Providing total customer service - You are already a customer service expert

Job Requirements
Retail leadership experience (minimum 2 years)

Strong leadership and team building skills

Effective training skills

Please note we are looking for MIT's for a variety of locations.

Excellent communication skills

Self Reliant/Self Starter - Action Taker

Job Types:

From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
