Our high-volume, Harbourfront pub is looking to add line cooks to its roster.


We are a large-capacity pub, located near the Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre, gearing up for our busier patio season and are looking to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities
- food presentation, following spec, cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen.

  • Maintaining standards of cleanliness, timing, uniform, grooming, organization, production, food quality and consistency.
  • Be flexible in work schedule
  • Maintain proper food rotation of all line items
  • Monitor food par levels and replenish as required
  • Inform Supervisor of any food requirements
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Perform other kitchen related duties as directed by Supervisor
  • Must be capable of handling pressure at peak service times

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
