This is your opportunity to work directly with the CEO and the department heads on budgeting, forecasting, goal setting, reporting and asset allocation.

You will lead the Finance Department. In addition, you will have an opportunity to assist evaluating M&A opportunities, investments, and other corporate development activities.
You love numbers and data. The ideal candidate will be very hands-on, curious, flexible and enterprising.

You will need to develop smooth, cooperative working relationships with all levels and be comfortable presenting financial data and recommendations in a clear and concise way.

Financial planning including annual operating plan and monthly forecast updates with focus on traffic, monetization, revenue, expenses, and headcount.

Monthly and quarterly reporting packages including P&L's, revenue dashboards, and other key deliverables to executives.
Building roadmaps/recons for management to understand key variances.
Coordinate key processes for financial and operational planning (monthly finance reviews, Quarterly Business Metrics, etc).
Data retrieval, input and maintenance for multiple finance files.
Deliver clear verbal and written explanations of analyses to senior management that translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Lead investment opportuniy allocation, build financial models.
Work with external CPA to coordinate on financial data and plans.
3-5 years finance experience with CPA or CFA designation, including Reporting, Financial Analysis or related fields. Experience providing decision support to senior management.
~ Comfortable managing meetings and interfacing with the executive management team.
~ Website valuation, SR&ED and M&A experience is a plus.
~ Competent at building financial models to facilitate ROI driven decision making across the organization.
~ Expert at asset allocation decision making.
