**Tâches et responsabilités principales (fonctions essentielles)**:

La culture Lean de Distech Controls et ses succès au cours des dernières années font que **Guylaine, Jean-Philippe** et leurs collègues de l'équipe de direction croient sincèrement que l'amélioration est un travail de tous les jours et tous les niveaux.
Ensemble, nous cherchons donc une personne prête à
- Analyser et comprendre les données liées à leurs processus pour identifier les pistes d'amélioration,
- Supporter leurs équipes dans la résolution de problèmes et l'exécution de projets d'amélioration,
- Animer des sessions de travail collaboratives telles que des Kaizens, Workshops ou Brainstormings,
- Accompagner les pilotes dans la définition, la mise en place et le suivi des KPI,
- Soutenir et former sur les outils d'amélioration continue,
- Évaluer et maintenir à niveau les processus par rapport aux standards de la norme ISO9001,
- Incarner nos valeurs d'intégrité, de curiosité, d'orientation client et de temps,
- Prôner et transmettre la culture Lean au sein de Distech Controls,
