Accreditation Canada (AC) is searching for Registered Nurses and Occupational Therapists with experience in Acquired Brain Injury, who share our passion for achieving quality health services for all.

Terms :

Must be available to participate in a minimum of 10 survey days per year (approximately 2 surveys per year).

Surveyors must also participate in initial training and complete ongoing learning requirements.
As peer reviewers and champions of quality and safety, your responsibilities include:
Conducting on-site surveys as a member of a multi-disciplinary team;
Assessing the quality of programs and services against the standards of excellence and identifying areas for improvement;
Sharing your expertise and providing guidance on best practices in the field;

Currently employed by an organization that is accredited by AC or actively engaged in the health care or social services field.

Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or an Occupational Therapist and a valid professional license.
Experience working with others (e.g. patients, clinicians, or administrators) on governance, service design and/or quality improvement initiatives.

Fluency in English and have excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience.

Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions based on direct observation and document review.
Strong technology skills, including the ability to operate a computer and use web-based software.
Are fluent in French, Arabic, Farsi, Italian, Slovenian, Spanish or other languages.
