Le responsable marketing Marque est en charge de la définition et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de marque Club Med pour le Canada, en soutien aux objectifs stratégiques et aux objectifs de revenus de l'entreprise, en véhiculant une image haut de gamme.
Le responsable marketing Marque pilote la visibilité et les communications de la marque canadienne sur tous les leviers et est directement responsable de la publicité média, des relations publiques, des plateformes sociales, des agences Club Med et des partenariats pour définir les animations les plus efficaces avec l'aide des équipes Nord Amérique (NAM). L'ensemble de ses missions ont pour but de soutenir la visibilité de notre marque et créer de la considération en particulier en Ontario, en lien avec les défis commerciaux.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe marketing dynamique et axée sur les résultats, située au bureau canadien du Club Med à Montréal. Le poste implique une grande partie de la coordination avec le siège social NAM basé à Miami.
Le responsable marketing Marque relève directement du Directeur marketing et communication pour le Canada et est assisté par un poste de VIE français (stage de longue durée 2 ans) et des stagiaires de courte durée (6 mois).
Mission 1 : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de marque Club Med sur tous les canaux marketing selon les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs du Canada.
Définir des animations de marque percutantes et créer les supports de communication nécessaires pour promouvoir efficacement les atouts clés du Club Med.
Coordonner l'exécution de la campagne média en collaboration avec des agences externes et des partenaires médias, en s'assurant que les priorités de la marque sont alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux et respectent le budget et les délais.
Coordonner la production des livrables des campagnes de marque, en garantissant leur qualité et leur pertinence par rapport à la stratégie média définie.
Mission 2 : Piloter la stratégie de relations publiques et influenceurs en adéquation avec les enjeux Marketing et les priorités business.
Élaborer une stratégie d'animations de relations publiques, en assurant une bonne couverture du Club Med et en entretenant de bonnes relations avec les principales parties prenantes (journaliste, influenceurs).
Coordonner, avec les équipes des agences du Club Med, des animations régulières pour développer la visibilité et la notoriété des agences.
Être le support marketing des managers des agences.
Le poste est responsable d'un périmètre large de missions et du pilotage des stagiaires. L'organisation avec les stagiaires longue durée et courte durée peut évoluer en fonction des profils et des priorités du Club Med.
Formation et expérience
~ Ecole de Commerce avec spécialisation en Marketing ou Communication
~4-5 ans d'expérience (stage compris) en Marketing sur des sujets pertinents, une première expérience dans le secteur du tourisme (croisières, grande marque hôtelière, ...) est un plus.
~ Excellente communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais
Forte connaissance des leviers de marque, connaissance des réseaux sociaux et du paysage médiatique Canadien, avec la capacité de construire une histoire et des stratégies pour faire rêver.
Forte capacité à travailler en équipe et à diriger des projets transversaux au sein de diverses équipes internes et externes.
Énergique, attentif aux détails, créatif, capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et orienté solutions et résultats.
Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais, écrit et oral.

The brand marketing manager is responsible for defining, and implementing the Club Med brand strategy for Canada, in support of the company's strategic goals and revenue targets, conveying premium upscale message.
The brand marketing manager drives Canada's brand visibility and communications across all levers, and is liable directly for media advertising, public relation, social platforms, Club Med agencies, and partnerships to define most efficient animations with the help of NAM teams. The main objective of this position is to support brand awareness & consideration growth in Canada, to accompany business challenges, particularly in Ontario.
The position is part of a dynamic and results-driven marketing team, located in the Canadian office of Club Med in Montreal, and involves a large part of the coordination with the North American head office based in Miami.
The brand marketing manager reports directly to the marketing & communication Director for Canada and is assisted by a French VIE (2 years internship) and a 6-month intern.
Mission 1: Define and implement the Club Med brand strategy towards all channels according to Canada qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Define impactful brand animations and create the necessary communication materials to effectively promote Club Med key strengths.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of media campaign in collaboration with external agencies and media partners, ensuring that brand priorities are aligned with commercial objectives and respect the budget and deadlines.
Coordinate the production of deliverables for brand campaigns, ensuring their quality and relevance to the defined media strategy.
Mission 2: Lead public relations and influencers strategy in lines with Marketing stakes and business key priorities.
Strategize public relations animations, ensuring proper covering of Club Med and maintaining good relations with key stakeholders (Journalist, influencers).
Develop brand communication kits and contents.
Work closely with the North America brand and PR team to accompany the development of our actions and the media agency.
Mission 3: Lead Club Med agencies animations plan to continuously improve the experience provided to our GMs.
Coordinate, with Club Med agencies teams, regular animations to develop the agencies visibility and notoriety.
Be the marketing support to the agencies managers.
Mission 4: Develop new brand partnerships to increase Club Med awareness and consideration as a premium lifestyle brand. Suggest new brand partners that fit with Club Med in terms of audience, message, and expertise and according to our brand objectives.
Nurture the relationship with the brand partners.
Organization with the long term and short-term interns can evolve according to profiles and Club Med priorities.
Business School with major in Marketing or Communication
~4-5 years of experience (including internship) in Marketing on relevant topics, a first experience in the tourism industry (cruises, major hospitality brand, ...) is a plus.
~ At least 6 months of international experience in a multicultural environment (preferably in North America)
~ Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English
Strong brand skills, good knowledge of public relation, social networks and media landscape, with the ability to build a story and strategies to make dream.
Strong ability to work in a team and lead transversal project across various internal and external teams.
Energetic, attentive to detail, creative, able to multi-task and solutions & results oriented.
Languages
~ Fluent in French and English, written and verbal.
