- Answering calls from employers and supporting them with the transmission of pension plan data.
- Analyze and verify member data and files.
- Ensure file followup and complete information related to file updates in the various software programs.
- Validate and enter data in various databases and systems.
- Perform other tasks related with this function.
Core Qualifications- College diploma in office administration or the equivalent.- Good customer service skills and ability to explain things in non-technical language- Very good communication skills, excellent French and intermediate English, both oral and written.- Attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.- Flexibility, availability, and ability to manage priorities effectively.- Good learning skills and good professional judgment.- Good sense of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel).- Experience in pension plan administration an asset.
Where permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.
