Job Description:

The Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) department at TD Bank oversees market and liquidity risks, funding programs, and investment portfolios. The Treasury Manager role focuses on enhancing liquidity measurement and reporting, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data quality.

  • Drive initiatives requiring liquidity expertise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review liquidity reports
  • Analyze and align processes with regulatory standards
  • Document findings and propose improvements
  • Make recommendations to senior management
  • Support liquidity management team as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Alteryx
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in teams

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in liquidity management
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Risk, or Economics
  • Preferred certifications: CPA, FRM, CFA, MBA
