We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing customers with solutions, to join our Support Team and help spearhead our growth.

You will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the satisfaction of customers while handling difficult or unusual situations.
  • Participates in the development, training, and other departmental meetings and adheres to corporate policies that concern the customer service department.
  • Assist the team with various tasks both technical (with training) and support efficiency
  • Use discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Escalate issues following established processes to address client's requirements
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients
  • Work with management on projects and campaigns
  • General office organization
  • Required additional duties as assigned.
  • Reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Some MS Office suite experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, fast food, call center, corporate office, etc.)
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Must be patient, empathetic, and friendly
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain composure when customers are stressed or upset

Education
Any combination of education and/or experience that has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory job performance.

Can include a combination of high school graduate or equivalent and:

  • One year of experience performing customer support activities
  • Working knowledge of contact with the public and telephone; modern office procedures and methods.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problemsolving and listening skills.
  • Must exhibit the ability to work with the public under stressful circumstances in a fair, calm, and understanding manner and obtain positive results.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
$16.00-$19.00 per hour
