- Perform laser tattoo removal and laser skin treatments on clients using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and must be able to sell during the consultation and annswer any questions they may have.
- Promote and sell retail products related to laser treatments and skincare.
- Adhere to all sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in laser technology.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for maintaining client records and scheduling appointments.
