Responsibilities by Position:

M Club:

  • Create an inviting experience in our M Club.
  • Provide VIP treatment to Elite members and M Club paying guests, offering Food and Beverage options in a sophisticated setting.
  • Greet guests warmly and with a customerfocused approach, projecting a positive and accommodating attitude.
  • Monitor seating availability, service, and guest satisfaction in the M Club.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas, clearing tables promptly.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen team.
  • Serve additional Food & Beverage items as required.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Deliver consistently highstandard service.
  • Respond to guest requests and provide assistance and local area information when needed.
  • Personalize interactions by learning guests' names and engaging in conversation.
  • Share knowledge about M Club benefits and other hotel amenities.
  • Confidently anticipate and meet guest needs and expectations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and dress.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Banquets:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service for the Banquets Department within the Marriott Brand Standards.
  • Provide a consistently high standard of service in set ups, and all meal functions related to group business.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Effectively handle guest concerns as they arise.
  • Complete set up, tear down and cleaning of meetings, and functions, including the moving of banquet tables and chairs as required.
  • Confidently anticipate and respond to needs and expectations of our guests.
  • Other duties as assigned

Restaurant:

  • Providing prompt, courteous and efficient service for Fire & Water guests within the Marriott Brand Standards.
  • Completing opening and closing duties.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Effectively handle guest concerns as they arise.
  • Confidently anticipate and respond to needs and expectations of our guests.
  • Other duties as assigned

In Room Dining:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service for the In-Room Dining Department.
  • Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen.
  • Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up.
  • Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain stock levels in the IRD service area.
  • Assist in other areas of F&B as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous serving experience.
  • Serving it Right certification required.
  • Food Safe Certification required.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel F&B operation.
  • Open availability for AM & PM shifts including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Neat in appearance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Able to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
