The Product Manager will ensure that projects are completed to specification within an established time frame and budget. What You'll Do:
- Drive the endtoend development of products to market success
- Focus on three primary areas: Product discovery, Product planning, Product development
- Work with clients to determine and define clear deliverables
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development and user acceptance testing
- Create the product roadmap and manage backlog
- Ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Assign and oversee the tasks of the team while ensuring they are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular team meetings to facilitate an agile flow, determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding the project
- Act as the customer advocate articulating the user's needs into digital business opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of product management processes, strategies and methods
- Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
- Experience in usability and customerfocused design
- Strong analytical, organization, prioritization, and persuasion skills
- Exceptional communication and team alignment proficiency
- Experience working in a highlevel collaborative environment and promoting healthy teamwork
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively headoff obstacles
- Ability to work on projects with varying complexity in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
