The Role:

  • Continually source and prospect new clients, including cold calls and lead follow-ups, to present product solutions and boost sales.
  • Identify decision makers within existing accounts and build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Review target client opportunities and ensure alignment with overall account strategy.
  • Coordinate with product experts to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers on orders, quotes, and service requests to ensure successful sales.
  • Comply with sales processes and utilize CRM tools effectively.

The Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree / College Diploma
  • Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in account management and sales, with expertise in Material Handling, Heavy Equipment, or Industrial Sales.
  • Knowledge: Leadership level industry experience and sector knowledge are assets.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
