Notre équipe Développement des affaires, Gestion privée du patrimoine est à la recherche d'un ou d'une spécialiste, Expérience client – une personne qui soutiendra les gestionnaires de portefeuille dans leurs activités de croissance et de vente tout en appuyant les initiatives stratégiques. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste agira comme personne-ressource essentielle pour les autres secteurs d'IPC; il ou elle facilitera la résolution des situations problématiques en veillant à la prestation d'un excellent service à la clientèle.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

  • Soutenir les tactiques liées à l'engagement des conseillers et à la gestion de la pratique
  • Aider le vice-président principal, Développement des affaires à effectuer les tâches liées à la plateforme de gestion discrétionnaire d'IPC
  • Prendre en charge les demandes reçues du début à la fin
  • Gérer tous les documents pertinents
  • Préparer les trousses d'examen, les modifications de portefeuille et d'autres tâches administratives
  • Assurer l'excellence de chaque interaction afin d'offrir une expérience uniforme aux clients existants et potentiels
  • Au besoin, vérifier l'exactitude des documents relatifs aux comptes/transactions, des programmes financiers et de tous les documents pour les rencontres avec les clients
  • Au besoin, coordonner les directives de création et de traitement relatives aux comptes/transactions des clients
  • Mettre à jour et gérer tous les tableaux de bord
  • Gérer le processus d'accueil et d'intégration des conseillers et des clients

  • Capacité de recevoir et de s'approprier les demandes dans le but de les traiter
  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles en communication et capacité de communiquer efficacement avec divers auditoires à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
  • Focalisation sur les processus et sens de l'organisation très aiguisé
  • Capacité d'établir un ordre de priorité et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps; savoir composer avec des échéances serrées et des priorités concurrentes
  • Esprit critique et discernement

Quelle qualification professionnelle devez-vous avoir?

  • Posséder au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un poste de soutien à la clientèle au sein d'un cabinet de services financiers; toute autre expérience comparable sera prise en compte
  • Détenir un permis de valeurs mobilières auprès de l'OCRCVM ou être en voie de l'obtenir, un atout
  • Savoir établir et entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients, les conseillers, le personnel de soutien de la succursale, les employés au siège social d'IPC et d'autres intervenants clés
  • Posséder des compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle
  • Être en mesure d'anticiper les besoins des clients et d'effectuer un suivi en temps opportun
  • Posséder une connaissance intermédiaire de PowerPoint, de Word, d'Outlook et d'Excel
