Job Description:


As part of the MLSE Commercial Strategy and Creative Group, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our goals of developing and launching industry-leading, award-winning commercial programs.

You will be able to gain first-hand experience in taking in partner and team brand briefs, collecting industry and fan research to create applicable insights, brainstorming unique programs that scale across the MLSE ecosystem and beyond, and getting real-time opportunities to produce and execute the work as it goes to market.

You'll have a chance to build meaningful relationships with teammates across the business, and put your strategic and creative mark on some of MLSE's most exciting partner programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in unpacking campaign and season briefs from our Global Partners, across the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, and Toronto Argonauts portfolio
  • Collect & analyze first
- and third-party data and research (proprietary and internal marketing performance data like social or influencer content, external market studies, consumer behaviour trends to help us find new insights that lead to big creative ideas

  • Join and actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions with our Strategy and Creative leads, providing active ideas and solutions that answer our partner briefs

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a postsecondary institution with a focus in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Creative, or related discipline
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically while leveraging curiosity and creativity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
  • Team first, positive, peopleoriented, and energetic attitude
  • You are fully vaccinated against Covid19
