RESPONSIBILITES:

Provides cleaning services for the auction and office buildings, which includes the regular cleaning of walls, floors, doors, dusting of furniture and vacuuming. Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks and restock disposables (paper and soap). Clean windows and mirrors. Remove waste material. Responsible for outside yard work which includes trash pickup and removal. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Medium to heavy lifting required. Full G license with clean abstract. Proven ability to work well in a team environment. Previous use of maintenance equipment (floor cleaner, vacuum). Previous janitorial experience an asset.
