Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by managing costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide advice on costeffective solutions.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive prices.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction estimating tools.
  • Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction phase.
  • Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts to project stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management tasks related to cost control and procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, building regulations, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
