The Work You Will Do


As the Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and supporting Caregivers and Nurses while they care for our clients in the field.

This will be achieved through the development and execution of engagement and retention strategizing.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the branch has an engaged workforce available to meet the branch staffing needs and objectives.

This is a fast paced, high energy role that requires networking and public speaking. This is an in-office position to support staff on an as-needed basis.

Administration

  • Onboard, HRIS, In-House programs

Engagement/Retention

  • Work with the Branch team and Field Staff to ensure all staff enjoy the best Bayshore Experience on their employment journey
Job Qualification

Who You Are

  • You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
  • You are an ambassador and advocate of Bayshore's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles and practices
  • You are social media and technologically savvy
  • You have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods human resources and recruitment
  • You have at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in customer service and administration, preferably in health care
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format
  • You are dedicated to providing highquality service
