As a **Senior Account Executive** at our company, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and closing deals with strategic customers looking to leverage fabric's Commerce Platform and Order Management System (OMS) to drive their businesses forward. Your main tasks include identifying new partnerships, shaping our market strategy, and enhancing our value proposition and customer experience. You'll be in charge of creating and managing your own client portfolio, ensuring long-term success for our key platform and OMS users. You should be confident engaging with top decision-makers, well-versed in e-commerce and retail, and, most importantly, always curious about finding new ways for customers to benefit from fabric's technology.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead a consultative sales process for new strategic customers
  • Communicate fabric's value proposition effectively
  • Engage in complex discussions with retail leaders, operators, and developers
  • Address customers' business & technical challenges and propose fabric's solutions
  • Develop and enhance our market strategy
  • Refine messaging for outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation
  • Work closely with Product, Solution Engineering, Engineering, and Leadership teams

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of previous SAAS B2B Sales experience in a closing role
  • 3+ years of eCommerce experience required
  • Experience in building a client portfolio from scratch and securing key referrals
  • Proven track record of closing substantial software subscription deals
  • Consistent quota attainment of over 100%
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Proficiency in selling transformative solutions
  • Comfortable with complex tech discussions
  • Self-motivated individual thriving in a high-growth startup environment
  • Passionate about supporting customers in growing their businesses
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized

The **base salary** for this position ranges from **CAD 130K to 170K** annually, with additional commission. You can expect to earn between **$135,000 to $180,000 per year**.

Additional Information: In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers a variable compensation package, equity, and benefits. Various factors influence the final compensation package, taking into account your professional experience, background, and location. Final offers may differ from the provided amounts.
