Description

Development & Architecture Support for Public Safety Solutions:

Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) - Justice Technology Services (JTS) developed and launched a portal for the Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) for public users to submit complaints. The business is looking to extend the portal functionality to receive disclosures and enhance the product further. The business has other needs as well that are being assessed.

Office of Chief Coroners (OCC) – Develop a CRM solution/strategy for coroners projects like Inquest Management and coroners portals.

Risk-driven tracking database (RTD) - Design and development of architecture and solutions/enhancements for RTD solution that is based on Microsoft CRM dynamics platform.

Knowledge of business process & data modeling, analysis, re-engineering and architecture.

Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

Knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Azure

Preparation of overall architecture solutions, conducting walkthroughs, reviews and assessments, and analyzing the technical and business impact, product integration, enhancements, infrastructure capacity, development and deployment, data distribution, integration and access

This is for a Procurement Project Manager. The successful candidate will be required to manage several Statements of Work including service and construction. They will need to have strong contract management experience and be able to read contracts and engage with vendors. They will be consulting and advising a number of parties.

Must Haves (please read the requirements below):

  • Strong experience of working on Public Safety Radio/telecom domain. Experience of large and complex projects with over $500 Million budget.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a broader public sector (BPS) environment. Experience of projects involving, network design, civil structures, user equipment distribution and operations. Experience with projects involving large number of users (over 30,000), meeting their business requirements, training and communications needs etc.
