Le ministère du Développement social est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique et accomplie qui fait preuve de leadership pour occuper le poste de sous-ministre adjointe ou de sous-ministre adjoint de la Division de la prestation des services.

Le ministère du Développement social travaille pour améliorer la qualité de vie des citoyens du Nouveau-Brunswick. Il est déterminé à transformer ses processus et ses politiques de prestation des services pour améliorer l'expérience de sa clientèle et de son personnel. Le Ministère s'efforce d'être un excellent milieu de travail et de créer un environnement où la clientèle se sent bien accueillie, valorisée et appuyée. Sa priorité est de veiller à ce que les familles, les enfants et les personnes âgées de la province reçoivent les services dont ils ont besoin, quand ils en ont besoin. Le Ministère offre des programmes et des services visant à offrir une plus grande autonomie, une meilleure qualité de vie et une meilleure protection aux citoyens du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Relevant du sous-ministre du Développement social, la personne retenue sera un membre clé de l'équipe des cadres supérieurs. Grâce au leadership de la Division de la prestation des services, elle orientera la vision stratégique, assurera la planification intégrée ainsi que la collaboration horizontale et verticale dans le but d'améliorer la prestation des services. La personne retenue devra être inclusive et dynamique et démontrer sa réussite en tant que dirigeante ou dirigeant qui a établi efficacement des objectifs stratégiques, a réalisé des changements importants, a établi des relations de travail, des partenariats et des réseaux solides, positifs et collaboratifs avec des personnes de tous les niveaux ainsi qu'avec des organisations à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du gouvernement, et a fait appel à de bonnes techniques de négociation et à son influence pour obtenir des résultats.

**Qui êtes-vous?**
- Vous êtes une dirigeante ou un dirigeant stratégique qui possède un sens de l'analyse et des aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles supérieures.
- Vous avez une expérience considérable dans le domaine des soins de longue durée, de grande entreprise ou du gouvernement.
- Vous pouvez trouver des solutions innovantes aux problèmes complexes en travaillant dans un milieu de collaboration efficace.
- Votre formation comprend une maîtrise et au moins six ans d'expérience comportant des responsabilités croissantes **OU** un baccalauréat et au moins 8 ans d'expérience comportant des responsabilités croissantes **OU** une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
- Des compétences écrites et orales en anglais et en français seront exigées.

**La personne retenu devra faire preuve d'aptitudes dans les compétences de base suivantes en leadership des cadres**:

- établissement de relations/de réseaux;
- raisonnement stratégique;
- coaching et développement d'équipe
- compréhension de l'organisation;
- engagement organisationnel;
- orientation vers les résultats.

**La personne retenue possédera les compétences techniques suivantes**:

- gestion financière;
- gestion des ressources humaines;
- sens de la planification et de l'organisation;
- communication écrite.

**Exigence opérationnelle**: Effectuer des déplacements occasionnels à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la province.
