La Direction des services des shérifs du ministère de la Justice et de la Sécurité publique cherche à pourvoir un poste de shérifs chargés des opérations dans la région de Woodstock. Ce concours servira également d'inventaire pour des postes à combler à l'avenir dans la province.

**En quoi consiste le travail?**
Relevant du shérif régional, la personne choisie assurera le leadership au sein des tribunaux qui lui sera affecté et gérera l'ensemble des opérations quotidiennes, le personnel, y compris les shérif adjoint(e)-chefs d'équipe (sergents), la sécurité et la prestation des services. Elle se chargera entre autres d'assurer un niveau de dotation adéquat pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels, de coordonner de façon efficace le transfert des détenus, de délivrer et de suivre de près les ordonnances de saisie et de exécution forcée des jugements pécuniaires, de gérer le service signification de documents, ainsi que d'encadrer et de guider les shérifs adjoints-chef d'équipe dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs individuels et des objectifs du Ministère, dans l'élaboration de plans de travail et dans l'établissement d'objectifs. Elle devra aussi organiser des séances de formation et de perfectionnement pour le personnel sur place, participer au contrôle et à l'administration du budget régional des tribunaux dont elle a la responsabilité et exercer toute autre fonction que pourrait leur déléguer le shérif régional.

L'équivalent en formation et en expérience pourrait être considéré.

**Woodstock - La connaissance de l'anglais est nécessaire.**
**Inventaire - La connaissance du français et de l'anglais sera nécessaire pour quelques postes et d'autres seront en anglais seulement.**
