Coordinator, Property Operations:

Full-Time Contract (1-year), Toronto, ON


CNIB invites you to build a career as unique as you We are currently searching for a
Coordinator, Property Operations Reporting to the Senior Director, the Coordinator, Property Operations supports the Property team through facility administration, invoice management and project tracking and administration.


Your impact at CNIB:

  • Review and assign property requests received via the service management platform
  • Assist with general building and reporting requests
  • Maintain building asset records in the service management platform as directed by the Regional Property Managers
  • Maintain vendor and property records in the service management platform
  • Coordinate intake, submission, coding and assignment of property invoices within Accounts Payable system.
  • Respond to vendor invoice inquiries
  • Coordinate property procurement including ondemand office furniture requests, PPE and stationary inventory management
  • Provide support to project leads on an as needed basis. Support includes but is not limited to updating project tracking tools, validation and coding of project invoices, followup with contractors and subcontractors for documentation

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • Excellent customer service skills, proactive, resultsoriented, and resourceful.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and team expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 suite of products.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within commercial real estate, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job.
  • Knowledge and experience in monitoring a budget.
  • Personal or professional experience relating to blindness and sight loss is considered an asset
  • Personal or professional experience working with assistive technology and/or accessible environments is considered an asset.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible hours between 8:00am 5:30pm; Monday to Friday.
  • Work with mínimal supervision.
