Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives for Haste. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, user acquisition, and brand management within the dating or social networking industry. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for helping people find meaningful connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Haste, drive user acquisition, and increase brand awareness. Identify target demographics, conduct market research, and execute effective marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a compelling brand identity for Haste that resonates with our target audience. Craft brand messaging, positioning, and visual assets to establish a strong brand presence in the dating app market.
  • User Acquisition and Retention: Drive user growth through digital marketing strategies, partnerships, and targeted campaigns. Implement tactics to enhance user retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Analyze user data and feedback to optimize the app's user experience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and interactive experiences. Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce content that educates, entertains, and engages our user base.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
  • PR and Influencer Relations: Develop relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry experts to generate positive press coverage and partnerships. Coordinate PR activities, such as press releases and media appearances, to build credibility and visibility for Haste.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track marketing performance, measure KPIs, and extract actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the dating or social networking industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, user acquisition tactics, and growth hacking techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
