We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Turolight Inc. as a key member of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, as well as maintain accurate records of tax-related documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and spreadsheet applications.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, accurate, excellent written communication, organized, and reliable.
