  • Introduction:


In this role at nVent Thermal Management, you will lead lead product planning and execution of floor heating in North America throughout the product lifecycle.

You get to drive new product development and value engineering while improving quality, supporting customers, sales, engineering and marketing on technical issues.


  • YOU GET TO:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop product launch plans and manage the introduction of new products to the sales channel and across the business.
  • With the Marketing team, conduct voice of the customer (VOC) activities to develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to solve customer problems.
  • Conduct cost analysis and determine value based product pricing.
  • Develop financial analysis and sales forecasting of all proposed new products.
  • Decide positioning of products and services considering price, volume, share and profitability.
  • Monitor and assess competitive products and programs.
  • Develop and deliver training to sales, customer service, tech support and other groups. Conduct "train the trainer" sessions with tech support to augment a broader technical capability.
  • You have:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of product development or technical experience required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (
