***Vous possédez**:

- Un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent comme le développement durable, les études environnementales, ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience professionnelle.
- Une compétence du français et de l'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).
- De l'expérience en matière de stratégie de développement durable, de mise en œuvre, de gestion de projet, de données, d'analyse et de communication.
- Une connaissance approfondie de l'élaboration de mesures de performance et de l'établissement de rapports.
- De solides compétences en recherche quantitative et qualitative et en analyse

**Vous êtes**:

- Une personne communicatrice compétente dotée d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capable de rédiger des documents techniques en rapport avec l'ESG.
- Compétent-e en matière de planification, d'organisation, de coordination, de négociation, et de résolution de problèmes.
- Orienté-e vers le client et apte de travailler sous pression en faisant preuve d'initiative et d'un jugement sûr.
- Une personne ayant l'esprit d'équipe au sein d'un groupe multidisciplinaire composé de personnes de cultures diverses.
- Un-e agent-e de changement, qualifié-e pour donner des instructions, des conseils, des orientations et pour diriger l'échange d'informations.

**Vous vous intéressez à ce qui suit**:

- Travailler en partenariat avec les parties prenantes pour mettre en œuvre et rendre opérationnelle la feuille de route du Centre en matière d'ESG.
- Être l'expert.e en matière d'ESG pour conseiller le Centre et diriger les initiatives spécifiques à l'ESG.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des indicateurs appropriés pour suivre et rendre compte de la performance du Centre en matière d'ESG.
- Aligner, connecter et élever les stratégies ESG à travers les plateformes commerciales internationales et les régions.
- Joindre une organisation qui valorise et modélise la diversité, l'équité et l'inclusion.

Ce poste exige des déplacements internationaux occasionnels.
