**What You’ll Do**

As a business analyst on the product team, you are the connective tissue between our product management and software engineering teams. You will operate in an agile environment, to keep our velocity high while ensuring customer needs are met. You will be a valuable member of the team and a product champion. You are an expert at engaging the rest of the team to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clarifying business ideas and needs.
- Perform technology needs, research, and analysis.
- Analyze new requirements and translate those into functional specifications for the product developers
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team.
- Assist in defining tasks and features for the development team to fulfill requirements and bug fixes.
- Assist the team in developing and scoping backlog items and tasks for sprints.
- Review the acceptance tests associated with the acceptance criteria
- Evolve the details of user stories through conversations with the developers
- Act as a customer proxy for the development team during the development cycle
- Contribute to standardizing the requirements and documentation process.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience writing detailed functional business requirements, preferably for enterprise B2B software.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Software), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Agility and comfort with changing requirements and frequent customer feedback.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomous, self-motivated, curious and open-minded.
- Experience following agile principles using Scrum or other agile frameworks.
- Experience with illustrating ideas using wireframes, storyboards, and process flows.
- Practical experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and foster business relationships.
- Good written communication skills.

**Added Bonuses**:

- Experience in or knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) as it relates to operating companies and financial institutions.
- Experience in working with distributed remote teams.
