As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and create impact by developing and executing innovative marketing plans for a dynamic portfolio of products and services. Working closely with the Product Sales and Marketing Manager, you will help shape the future of our e-commerce platform and products, all while realizing your full potential and advancing your career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of products on multiple platforms, including creation of new products and updating existing ones.
  • Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for a portfolio of products and services.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify areas of improving market share opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for planning and executing product promotions on ecommerce platforms and physical store locations.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the online presence of a portfolio of products.
  • Work with the Product Sales and Marketing Manager team to determine strategies to help increase sales
  • Collaborate with logistics team to analyze inventory levels and make recommendations to optimize product availability across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the Product Sales and Marketing Manager and eCommerce Supervisor to develop and implement direct marketing tactics and campaigns to increase lead generation.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution of all marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with peers in other departments to gather information and execute campaigns and projects.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, including coordinating crossfunctional teams and executing against tight deadlines.
  • Act as a backup for the Product Marketing Specialist
  • Cool and Collectible products when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • At least 3 years' experience in product marketing or related field
  • Experience in product launch planning and execution
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams, including design, content, and sales teams
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional team environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management an asset

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES (_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)_**- Bachelor's /DAC / DAE degree in marketing/business and/or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in managing online marketing campaigns an asset
  • Experience working with CRM systems an asset
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
  • MS Excel medium to advance knowledge
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization to improve marketing performance an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics (Navision) and/or Microsoft D365 an asset
  • Knowledge of Confluence & JIRA platforms an asset
