Job Description

The Paid Marketing Specialist will be tasked with creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the marketing department in their growth goals.

You will help drive growth and success for the organization on its various digital platforms. The role is important as it is an integral part of our digital strategy and revenue growth. You will ensure that the paid marketingstrategies are aligned with overarching marketing and revenue goals.

We Will Trust The Paid Marketing Specialist To:
Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
Workcross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
Provideongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance
Improve conversions by a/b testing different variables
Plan, test, and implement new acquisition funnels
Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
Influencepresent and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
Qualifications

Requirements:
~1- 2+ years of experience working with google ads, Facebook ads, etc
~ Strong knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
~ Knowledge of A/B testing and reporting
~ Knowledge of the E-Commerce sector
~ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
~ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
~ Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
~ Creating and maintaining client relationships
~ Self-motivated yet customer-focused
~ Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
