Executrade is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Environmental Professional with a background in environmental consulting or the upstream oil and gas industry to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in the company's expansion and diversification efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing environmental applications, conducting initial assessments, and inspections essential for project support from start to finish.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
  • Project Oversight: Planning, coordinating, and managing projects and client relationships
  • Providing Guidance: Mentorship, and training to field, office, and junior staff
  • Data Analysis: Interpreting and analyzing data, preparing reports
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling project budgets
  • Client Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Engagement: Interacting with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
  • Health and Safety: Participating in relevant programs
  • Regulatory Framework: Staying informed on BC's regulatory framework
  • Technical Input: Providing input for various site assessments and projects

  • Desktop Reviews: Conducting preliminary reviews and providing recommendations

Qualifications
  • Education: University degree or diploma in environmental engineering, agrology, conservation, or geoscience
  • Experience: Minimum of eight years in environmental consulting
  • Designation: Professional designation or potential to obtain one from relevant associations
  • Regulations Proficiency: Strong knowledge of BC regulations
