RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE :

Relevant du directeur principal, études de marché, l'analyste de recherche senior fait partie intégrante de l'équipe dont le rôle principal est de fournir une expertise, une aide à la recherche et un soutien à bon nombre des divers projets entrepris par l'équipe d'études de marché, au besoin.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Valider la programmation des sondages en ligne par le biais de tests de liens au besoin pour les projets Quant; Effectuer des analyses environnementales de sujets complexes et synthétiser les principaux résultats dans des présentations ou des rapports pour les clients; Aider au codage des réponses ouvertes des études de marché; Préparer des modèles PowerPoint sous la direction du directeur principal, études de marché pour les projets Quant, saisir des données dans des modèles PowerPoint, préparer et/ou réviser des modèles PowerPoint pour chaque projet (coquilles graphiques) et fournir des données validées aux cadres supérieurs pour examen et approbation; Participer aux campagnes de recrutement de médecins et contribuer à la croissance et à l'exactitude de la meilleure base de données de professionnels de la santé de Metrika.

EXIGENCES D'EXPÉRIENCE ET DE FORMATION :

Licence requise; 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle antérieure, de préférence travaillant avec des données pharmaceutiques; Compréhension du système de santé en ce qui a trait aux produits pharmaceutiques; Connaissance des domaines thérapeutiques spécialisés (oncologie et autres domaines de spécialité); Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe dans un environnement d'équipe multitâche et axé sur les échéances; Capacité à gérer avec succès des priorités multiples et concurrentes; Flexibilité pour s'adapter aux priorités changeantes et aux échéanciers serrés; Grande attention aux détails est essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle; Participation aux réunions de gestion, de planification, de stratégie, de consultation et d'examen; Participation aux réunions virtuelles et externes au besoin; Solides compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de présentation; Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de priorisation, de gestion de projet et de résolution de problèmes; connaissance approfondie de la suite d'applications Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); Connaissance de base et compréhension de l'environnement des études de marché; Capacité à synthétiser des données provenant de plusieurs sources pour créer des messages cohérents.

Vous devrez travailler directement avec des départements, des équipes, des fonctions de support et des parties prenantes d'IQVIA situés partout au Canada et à travers le monde, par conséquent, une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est nécessaire à l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Principal, Market Research, the Senior Research Analyst is an integral member of the team whose primary role is to provide expertise and research assistance and support to many of the various projects undertaken by the Market Research team as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Validate online survey programming via link testing as needed for Quant projects; Complete environmental scans of complex topics and synthesize the key findings into presentations or reports for clients; Aid in coding open ended responses from market research studies; Under the guidance of the Principal, Market Research for Quant projects, prepare PowerPoint templates, input data into PowerPoint templates, prepare and / or review PowerPoint templates for each project (graphic shells) and provide validated data to senior staff for review and approval; Assist in physician recruitment campaigns and aid in the growth and accuracy of Metrika's best in class HCP database.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree required; 3–5 years of previous professional experience, preferably working with pharmaceutical data; Understanding of the healthcare system as it relates to pharmaceuticals; Knowledge of specialized therapeutic areas (Oncology and other specialty areas) Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a multitasking, deadline-oriented team environment; Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities; Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines; Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role; Participate in management, planning, strategy, consultation and review meetings; Participate in internal and external meetings as required; Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Excellent organization, prioritization, project management and problem solving skills; In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); Basic knowledge and understanding of the market research environment; Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to create consistent messaging.
