As our ideal candidate:

  1. You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial engineering preferred) or business administration.
  2. You have at least ten (10) to twelve (12) years' experience in Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  3. You have proficiency over project management methodology.
  4. You have leadership capacity, good communication and influence.
  5. You have a knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to upper management.
  6. You are dynamic and work well in a team.
  7. You are a leader and are motivated by new challenges.
  8. You are patient, driven and curious.
  9. You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project.
  10. You use MS Project to keep track of project planning and progress.
  11. You use Excel for high-level analysis.
