The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support business development efforts and relationship management of clients and local authorities
  • Participate in monthly project and risk reviews, and ensure projects adhere to industry standards and methodologies
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience in a design firm setting
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale design or construction projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager within the life sciences industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
